Each extra person staying in the room ‘with or without an extra bed’ will be charged extra for each day of their stay

Children 

We draw your attention to the dangers of open windows and balconies in rooms where there are children, and ask all parents to be mindful of the risk of accidents

Smoking

The Guesthouse operates on a strict “No Smoking” Policy throughout the Bedrooms and all public areas. Guests may smoke outside the Guesthouse premises

24 Hour Check-out

Bedrooms are not normally available until the time of check-in; however an earlier check-in may be possible upon request based on availability. Bedrooms should be vacated within a 24 hour time span

Valuables 

The management cannot be held responsible for articles of value, other than those deposited with the Reception for safe custody in the guest house safe, for which a receipt will be given

Payment

Accounts are to be settled upon departure. However for long-staying guests bills are settled every 15 days.  Please inform the reception of your check-out time at least two hours in advance & make all direct payments only in cash. Please make sure that all your belonging are collected before you check-out.

Medical Conditions 

Please advise the reception of any medical conditions you may have at the time of booking that could affect your health, safety and welfare during your stay

Room Keys

Kindly ensure that you hand over the room keys at the reception, when you are leaving the premises. In the event of the room keys, wardrobe or drawer keys being misplaced or lost, the guest is liable to bear the cost of replacement of the keys

Room Service 

Room service is available from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm IST. There is a service charge applicable on all room service provided to the guests. Please refer to the menu card for further information or call the room service extension

Electrical Equipment in Rooms

For your own safety, kindly refrain from cooking or using heavy electrical equipment in rooms without attached kitchen facilities or authorization

Washing & Pressing

Please ensure that you do not wash, dry or press your clothes in the room. Laundering facilities are available at the guest house. For further information please call the reception
